About Mike:

Mike has trained and worked with hundreds of thousands of people in over 70 countries on subjects such as motivation, leadership, goal setting, attitude, sales skills, working leads, sales strategy,  marketing strategy and web strategies.

Mikes background started with his parents Joe and Ruth Lemire back in 1968. Joe and Ruth were top money earners and regional vice presidents with Larry Thompson for the Best Line Corporation.  Today, the Lemire family maintains a close relationship with Bill Bailey, the founder of Best Line. 

The Lemire family started, owned and operated Community World in the 1970s and 1980s, and today has retired as Platinum Executives from Pre-Paid Legal Services. 

In 1991, Mike joined his very first direct sales company, not realizing this would change his life forever. After working as a distributor with only a few, hand selected companies and achieving success, Mike realized a new calling in life.

As a result, Mike started a variety of free training resources over the years to help new distributors in achieving success in their home business. The Secrets To MLM helped over 30,000 people in its first year to learn basic fundamentals of success. (1998) This influenced Mike to open MLMDevelopment.com in 1999. MLMDevelopment.com took on many new and exciting opportunities to help people in direct sales to include consulting, training and development. 

Today, Mike is proud to launch MyBizTrends.com as a compilation of his experience and resources providing the industries most innovative consulting firm. Todays marketplace is demanding, changing, evolving and attracting a new level of prospects that leaders and companies must prepare for to maintain and or grow.

Mike is also an accomplished speaker and trainer for the direct sales industry.
